⏺ Terms of Service — Proline Rewrite

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Proline Rewrite mobile application (the “App”)
operated by Proline Web (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these
Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these
Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Proline Rewrite is an AI-powered text rewriting tool that processes text you submit and returns a rewritten version in
a style of your choosing. The App uses OpenAI’s API to perform rewriting. We act as an intermediary — your text is
transmitted to OpenAI for processing and returned to your device. Neither we nor OpenAI store your submitted text
after processing.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

3.1 Free Tier

The App offers limited free use (1 rewrite per day) without payment.

3.2 Pro Subscription

Extended access is available through a paid subscription with three billing options:

– Weekly — billed every 7 days, includes a 3-day free trial
– Monthly — billed every 30 days, includes a 3-day free trial
– Annual — billed every 12 months, includes a 7-day free trial

Prices are displayed in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region.

3.3 Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your
subscription will automatically begin and the applicable fee will be charged unless you cancel before the trial
expires.

3.4 Billing and Renewal

All purchases are processed by Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless
cancelled. Your Google Play account will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play: Google Play → Subscriptions → Proline Rewrite →
Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused
time within a billing period.

3.6 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Google Play in accordance with their
https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637. We do not process refunds directly.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

– Submit text that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes the rights of any third party
– Attempt to circumvent daily usage limits through automated requests, scripts, or multiple device identifiers
– Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
– Use the App for any commercial resale or redistribution of the rewriting service without our express written
permission
– Submit text containing personal data of third parties without their consent

We reserve the right to suspend access to the App if we detect abuse of the service.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 The App

All rights in the App — including its design, code, branding, and content — are owned by Proline Web or our licensors.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the App beyond a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to
use it on your personal device.

5.2 Your Content

You retain full ownership of any text you submit to the App. By submitting text, you grant us a temporary, limited
licence solely to transmit it to our AI service for the purpose of generating a rewrite. This licence expires
immediately once the rewritten text is returned to your device.

5.3 Output

The rewritten text generated by the App is provided to you for your own use. We make no claim to ownership of
AI-generated output. You are responsible for ensuring your use of output complies with applicable laws and the terms
of any platform where you publish it.

6. Disclaimers

The App and its output are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant
that:

– The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
– The rewritten text will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any particular purpose
– The output will be undetectable by any AI detection tool (results vary and are not guaranteed)

Use of the App and its output is entirely at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Proline Web shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of
data, loss of profits, or reputational harm.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12
months preceding the claim, or €10, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other
liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including OpenAI, Google Play, RevenueCat, Cloudflare, Sentry, and
PostHog. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the
availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, with or without notice, if you
breach these Terms or misuse the service. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Active paid
subscriptions at the time of termination for cause are non-refundable.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform
at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by updating the
“Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated
Terms.
